കോര്പറേറ്റ് നിക്ഷേപകര്, സ്പെഷ്യലിസ്റ്റ് ഡോക്ടര്മാര്, എന്ജിനീയര്മാര്, അവരുടെ കുടുംബം എന്നിവര്ക്കാണ് 10 വര്ഷത്തെ വിസ നല്കുക.
ഉന്നത വിജയം നേടുന്ന വിദ്യാര്ഥികളും വിസക്ക് അര്ഹരാണ്.
പുതിയ തീരുമാനത്തിന് യുഎഇ മന്ത്രിസഭ അംഗീകാരം നല്കി. നിലവില് രണ്ടും, മൂന്നും വര്ഷമാണ് താമസവിസ കാലാവധി.
