It is transfer for judges in three high courts, namely Kerala, Uttarakhand and Jharkhand. The recommendation came about at collegium meeting held 28 September.
Kerala High Court judge Justice K Vinod Chandran will move to Bombay High Court. The Uttarakhand justice, jestin Sanjay Kumar Mishra will shift to Jharkhand High court while Uttarakhand judge Apresh Kumar Singh will transfer to Tripura.
