പി വി അൻവറിനെതിരെ തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് കമ്മീഷന് പരാതി. ഓൾ ഇന്ത്യ തൃണമൂൽ കോൺഗ്രസ് സംസ്ഥാന ഘടകമാണ് പരാതി നൽകിയത്. നിലമ്പൂർ ഉപതിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിൽ പാർട്ടി പതാകയും പാർട്ടി ചിഹ്നവും ദുരുപയോഗം ചെയ്യുന്നു എന്ന് കാട്ടിയാണ് പരാതി. തൃണമൂൽ കോൺഗ്രസ് ദേശീയ നേതാക്കളുടെ പേരും ചിത്രവും ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. ഇത് പാർട്ടിക്ക് അവമതിപ്പും വോട്ടർമാരിൽ തെറ്റിദ്ധാരണയും ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നു. നിലമ്പൂരിൽ ഒരു സ്ഥാനാർത്ഥിയെയും തൃണമൂൽ കോൺഗ്രസ് പിന്തുണയ്ക്കുന്നില്ല. പാർട്ടിയിൽ കോ ഓഡിനേറ്റർ, ചീഫ് കോ ഓഡിനേറ്റർ, കൺവീനർ തുടങ്ങിയ തസ്തികകൾ ഇല്ല. ഇല്ലാത്ത തസ്തികകൾ ഉപയോഗിച്ചും തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിൽ നിയമവിരുദ്ധമായ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾ നടത്തുന്നു. ഇക്കാര്യങ്ങൾ തടയണമെന്നാണ് പരാതിയിലെ ആവശ്യം. AITC സംസ്ഥാന ജനറൽ സെക്രട്ടറി സി എം രാജേന്ദ്രനാണ് പരാതി നൽകിയത്.
