ഹേമ കമ്മറ്റി റിപ്പോർട്ടിനെ തുടർന്ന് സ്വീകരിച്ച നടപടികൾ സംബന്ധിച്ച് പ്രത്യേക അന്വേഷണ സംഘം ഹൈക്കോടതിയിൽ അന്വേഷണ റിപ്പോർട്ട് സമർപ്പിച്ചു. കോടതി നിർദ്ദേശപ്രകാരമാണ് നടപടി. നിർദിഷ്ട സിനിമാ കോണ്ക്ലേവ് ഓഗസ്റ്റ് 2, 3 തീയതികളില് കൊച്ചിയിൽ നടക്കുമെന്നും സർക്കാർ കോടതിയെ അറിയിച്ചു. തീയതി പുനക്രമീകരിച്ചെന്നും സര്ക്കാര് വ്യക്തമാക്കി. ഹേമ കമ്മിറ്റി റിപ്പോര്ട്ടുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ഹര്ജികള് പരിഗണിക്കവെയാണ് സര്ക്കാര് ഇക്കാര്യം അറിയിച്ചത്. സിനിമാ മേഖലയിലെ നിയമ നിര്മ്മാണത്തിന്റെ കരട് നല്കാന് സര്ക്കാര് സാവകാശം തേടി. എന്നാൽ നിയമ നിര്മ്മാണത്തിനായുള്ള കാലതാമസം ഒഴിവാക്കണമെന്ന് സര്ക്കാരിനോട് ഹൈക്കോടതി നിർദ്ദേശിച്ചു.
