സാമുദായിക സ്പർദ്ധയ്ക്ക് ശ്രമിച്ച ഹിന്ദു ഐക്യവേദി ജനറൽ സെക്രട്ടറി ആർ വി ബാബുവിനെതിരെ പൊലീസ് കേസെടുത്തു. ജിഫ്രി തങ്ങൾക്കും മുസ്ലീം സമുദായത്തിനും എതിരെ വംശീയ അധിക്ഷേപം നടത്തിയതിലാണ് ഹിന്ദു ഐക്യവേദി ജനറൽ സെക്രട്ടറി ആർ വി ബാബുവിനെതിരെ കേസെടുത്തത്. തൃക്കാക്കര പൊലീസ് ആണ് ഇയാൾക്കെതിരെ കേസെടുത്തത് പി ഡി പി കേന്ദ്രകമ്മിറ്റി അംഗം അഷറഫ് വാഴക്കാല നൽകിയ പരാതിയിലാണ് കേസ് രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്തത്.
Police have registered a case against R. V. Babu, General Secretary of Hindu Aikya Vedi, for allegedly attempting to promote communal hatred through racist and derogatory remarks against Jifri Thangal and the Muslim community. The case was registered by the Thrikkakara Police based on a complaint filed by Ashraf Vazhakkala, a Central Committee member of the PDP.
