പൊലീസ് സംഘടനകളുടെ പുനസംഘടനയുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് ആഭ്യന്തര വകുപ്പിൻ്റെ ഉത്തരവിനെതിരെ ഹൈക്കോടതിയെ സമീപിച്ച് കേരള പൊലീസ് അസോസിയേഷൻ. പൊലീസ് സംഘടനകളുടെ പുനസംഘടന റദ്ദാക്കണം എന്നതാണ് ആവശ്യം.
വിഷയത്തിൽ കേരള പോലീസ് അസോസിയേഷൻ നൽകിയ ഹർജി നാളെ പരിഗണിച്ചേക്കും. വിഷയത്തിൽ കേരള പൊലീസ് ഓഫീസേഴ്സ് അസോസിയേഷനും ( KPOA ) ഹൈക്കോടതിയെ സമീപിച്ചു. മൂന്ന് പൊലീസ് സംഘടനകളെ വെട്ടിച്ചുരുക്കി രണ്ടാക്കാന് ആണ് ആഭ്യന്തര വകുപ്പിൻ്റെ ഉത്തരവ്.

ഇതോടെ കേരള പൊലീസ് ഓഫീസേഴ്സ് അസോസിയേഷൻ (കെ പി ഒ എ ) ഇല്ലാതാകും. ഇതിനെതിരെയാണ് ഇപ്പോൾ രണ്ട് സംഘടനകളും ഹൈക്കോടതിയെ സമീപിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്.
The Kerala Police Association (KPA) has approached the High Court challenging the Home Department’s order on the reorganisation of police associations. The association has sought the cancellation of the reorganisation order, and its petition is likely to be considered by the court tomorrow.The Kerala Police Officers’ Association (KPOA) has also moved the High Court over the same issue. Under the Home Department’s order, the existing three police associations are to be merged into two, a move that would effectively dissolve the KPOA. Both organisations have challenged the decision, arguing against the proposed restructuring.
