പെൺകുട്ടിയെ ശാരീരികമായി ഉപദ്രവിച്ച കേസിൽ യുവാവ് അറസ്റ്റിൽ

ട്യൂഷന് പോയ 14 കാരിയെ ബൈക്കിൽ പിന്തുടർന്നെത്തി തടഞ്ഞുനിർത്തി ശാരീരികമായി ഉപദ്രവിച്ച കേസിൽ യുവാവ് അറസ്റ്റിൽ. പെരുമ്പാവൂർ പോഞ്ഞാശ്ശേരി സ്വദേശി ലുക്മാനാണ് പിടിയിലായത്. പെൺകുട്ടിയുടെ പരാതിയുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ മൊഴി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി കേസെടുത്തു. പോക്സോ നിയമപ്രകാരമാണ് കേസ് രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നത്. പ്രതിയെ കോടതിയിൽ ഹാജരാക്കി റിമാൻ‍ഡ് ചെയ്തു.

A man has been arrested for allegedly following a schoolgirl on a motorcycle, intercepting her while she was on her way to tuition classes, and physically assaulting her. The accused has been identified as Lukman, a resident of Ponjassery in Perumbavoor. Police arrested him based on the girl’s complaint and have registered a case under the POCSO Act. He was later produced before a court and remanded to judicial custody.
